Hands down THE BEST agent EVER! Kellie works her tail off. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for anything and everything. Kellie is very good at what she does. She is busy, BUT she ALWAYS has time for you and you will never know that she has other clients as she is so attentive to you during your time with her. For the sale of my condo, Kellie helped me find a stager, interviewed her, arranged a conversation for us, picked paint color for condo, found a very good photographer and made sure that the photographer himself not a protege showed up. She explained the pricing process, we entered escrow within a week and sold for over asking during covid. We then took proceeds from the sale and bought a vacation home. Kellie must have shown us 50 properties, driving every weekend to Santa Barbara from Los Angeles for months. She understood what we wanted, she kept us on track to get our dream home, she got us several contractors to price out remodels so we could understand what we were in for. She went above and beyond of a regular agent. (We have already purchased 2 residences in the past, and have worked with a very good agent previously.) Kellie has blown our expectations and our previous experiences out of the water. She is now helping us design and pick materials for our perfect home. Kellie is amazing!
