There are realtors and then there’s Kellie. She is truly in her own league! Our home had been sitting on the market for 6 months with another realtor and we had already moved out of state. From the moment we switched to Kellie, we saw her intentional efforts to get our home sold quickly and at a fair price. She went above and beyond and was truly the best realtor we’ve ever used. She was always available, even with the time change between states. She was incredibly organized and professional. Kellie knew exactly what needed to be done to sell the home (ie. deep cleaning, new pictures, etc.) and we felt that she had our best interest in mind every step of the way. She got us multiple offers within the first week back on the market and she did not stop pushing until the deal was complete. We were extremely happy to have Kellie as our selling agent. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive. After agreeing to have her as our selling agent, she went to work right away. She sent someone over to take pictures of the property, worked with us to determine a strategic listing price, put the house on market, and set the dates for open house. There was no wasted time. We obtained 2 offers for the house right away. She walked us through all the documents we have to sign for escrow. She was extremely thorough with the house disclosure statement to protect both the buyer and the seller and to have a smooth escrow. From initial contact with Kellie to closing escrow, the whole process was complete in less than a month.

There are not enough good things to say about Kellie. We were first-time homebuyers in the height of the housing market frenzy (spring 2022). While nothing about the real estate market in SoCal is sane even in the best of times, Kellie was always in our corner in regards to looking at and narrowing down properties, putting in the best offers, and being there every step of the way even thru inspection and all the way thru closing. All the while, Kellie kept her head on and our best interests in mind (including talking sense into us and getting us out of a not-great deal). We eventually found our dream house in a dream location thanks to her, and we couldn’t have gotten thru the process without her. We cannot recommend her enough!
