Kellie gave us excellent advice regarding preparing our house for sale. She recommended painters and handymen who did excellent work at a modest price. The house was on the market for less than 48 hours before we were in contract, with a bid that was over our asking price. We closed in about 4 weeks, which seemed like rocket speed.
